Please join us as we welcome Mr. Randy Rudolph from Rockline Industries as our guest speaker. Mr. Rudolph has been President of Rockline Industries since 1985.
Randy graduated from Marquette University magna cum laude in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in business with specializations in finance and marketing. He received a full academic scholarship and obtained his MBA magna cum laude from UW Madison in 1979.
From 1979 to 1982, Randy worked for Kimberly Clark Corporation going through their product management development program and holding consumer brand management positions in personal care and infant care.
In 1982, Randy joined Rockline Industries a family owned paper converter located in Sheboygan Wisconsin. At the time Randy joined the company, Rockline had sales of less than 10 million dollars and fewer than 100 employees. After holding positions in sales and marketing Randy became Rockline president in 1985.
Today, Rockline is one of the worlds largest suppliers of coffee filters and consumer, health care, industrial and institutional wet wipes. Rockline competes in the private retail brand marketing space as well as supplying major branded products as a contract converter. Rockline employs more than 2,400 people worldwide and has manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, Arkansas, New Jersey, Tennessee, England and South China.
